Darlene Peterson has had a story accepted by Chicken Soup for the Soul’s The Canadian Spirit volume for Canada’s 150th birthday. Darlene says “I was really happy that my tale of my son’s and my trip to the remote Nisga’a community of Gingolx found the perfect home.” As well, on May second Darlene read an excerpt of her current work in progress at Noir at the Bar (Shebeen Whisky House.
