Awards Night Tuesday, October 17

This month Spoken INK hosts Awards Night for the winners of the 2017 Burnaby Writers' Society Contest. On the theme Cooked to Death, the winners are:

First Place- Chelsea Comeau - Potential
Second Place - Judy Millar - What's Good for the Goose
Third Place - Julie Griffith - The Secret Ingredient
Honorable Mention - Janet Kvammen - Dinner for One

Our winners will read their entries, and then all entrants are invited to read theirs at our open mic. Refreshments to follow.

Readings begin at 7:30 p.m. at Burnaby Arts Council’s Deer Lake Gallery, 6584 Deer Lake Avenue, Burnaby. See you there!
